Simplified Nationwide Shipping at a Fixed Price

We believe in simplicity. That's why we offer our Standard Curbside Shipping Service at a consistent flat-rate of $249 across the contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded; Please call for shipping quote).

Expect your freight orders to arrive between 2 and 7 business days, complete with online tracking and delivery right to your curb.

For smaller orders consisting of up to three boxes, we use UPS Parcel instead of freight services. These orders will be conveniently delivered to your doorstep without the need for a signature.

How it works

  1. After you place your order and your floors are prepared for shipment, our team will select the most suitable carrier for you, considering both your location and the volume of your order.
  2. Kindly note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to become active following the receipt of your order tracking email. We suggest reaching out to the delivery service for an estimated delivery date of your product.
  3. You'll get a phone call from the freight company once the floors reach their terminal, and the goal is usually to arrange delivery within the next couple of days.

On Delivery Day

Before you sign the delivery receipt to accept your order, please adhere to the following instructions:

  • Compare the product with your Order to ensure accuracy.
  • Check the quantity and SKU number on each box against your purchase to confirm the correct materials were delivered. If there are discrepancies, contact us within 4 days for support and potential reshipment.
    - Retain all the original packaging, including pallets, until you have verified that your order is complete and correct.
  • If any item is damaged, do not discard the packaging or the material. Keep everything as is; we will help with replacing the items and provide guidance on handling the damaged goods.
  • Please report any damage within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • In cases where the product is delivered in very poor condition, you have the option to refuse it at the time of delivery. Please make a note of this on the delivery receipt and contact us within 4 days to arrange for a reshipment of the same items.
  • Contact us immediately if there are any products missing from your order. Note any discrepancies with the carrier at the time of delivery. W&M must be informed within a 4-day period from delivery for a reshipment of the missing items.
  • Should you be unable to accept the delivery on the scheduled day due to unexpected circumstances, notify us right away. Be aware that fees for storage, address changes, and return of the order to our facility will be charged.
  • As W&M products are made from natural materials, color variations are normal. Before acclimating or installing, open one box to ensure you are satisfied with the color, as opened products cannot be returned. Refer to our return and exchange policy for any applicable fees.
  • Installing the materials signifies acceptance of the order.
